Round Recliner

Round recliners make it possible to adjust the angle of the seat back to suit each individual passenger.
This mechanism also maintains seat back angle and protects passengers in case of a front or rear end collision.

Power Unit

The power unit of a seat is a mechanism that provides a driver with the best possible driving position by electronically tilting and raising a seat, changing the recliner angle, and sliding seats on seat tracks.

Seat Tracks

Seat tracks make it possible for a driver to adjust the seat position back and forth easily for the best position for driving.

Long Seat Tracks

Toyo Seat manufactures extra-long seat tracks to provide a longer slide range for seats than in average vehicles, This provides a much larger interior space and more versatile seating options than conventional seat tracks.

CAD (Computer-Aided Design)

Three dimensional design modeling is conducted by means of CAD (Computer-Aided Design). CAD data is utilized for CAM/CAE, which helps produce development products quickly. By sharing the precise information based on CAD data, our internal as well as external communication concerning product design and development is conducted more effectively and accurately.

CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing)

Modeling of products and NC production programming are performed based on product research data. NC Production Machinery is activated by the program in order to create models extremely faithful to the products data.

CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering)

Before a new concept turns into a product, it needs to be repeatedly tested from every possible angle. The CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) system strongly backs up the testing process by graphically displaying analytical tests and simulations on CAD data.
